- DescriptionThe Brut Rosé from Deutz is made exclusively from Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims (80%) and the Marne Valley (20%). The specificity of its style and its color is obtained by the addition of red wine from a plot of old vines on the Aÿ coast, and a plot called "Meurtet", both benefiting from an excellent exposure. After 5 years of ageing, the aromas are perfectly blended and the Brut Rosé has a nose of great subtlety and a mouth of remarkable power. The Brut Rosé from Deutz has a shimmering pink color and an astonishing luminosity. The color is enhanced by a dense and lively effervescence. Its nose is very expressive, revealing all the power of Pinot Noir picked at the height of its maturity. There are aromas of red berries and small fruits in brandy, as well as a touch of brioche with a few mineral notes. Its mouth is ample, voluptuous and harmonious, where the power carries a fruity register. We note the remarkable final flavor of a delicacy evoking the pleasures of summer.
