    Blended malt distilled and aged in the south of Scotland for 5 years, our whiskey is then refined in barrels of Sauternes from Château d'Arche, Grand Cru Classé 1855 at the property. Fine notes of wheat, dried lemon, grains and honey combined with a hint of nutmeg. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers finesse with 43°.
