The highly aromatic part of the brandy is stored in the cellar for a long time in order to mature optimally. After perfect ageing, it is lightly bonified to harmoniously round off the Vieille Poire Williams. This carefully produced, exquisite pear specialty is a veritable invention from Studer. First launched in 1991, it is only available in limited quantities each year.
