100% scraping. Fermentation and maceration for 20 days at 28-30°C. Malolactic fermentation. Aging 6 months in stainless steel vats. Nice ruby color. Powerful nose with notes of blackcurrant and raspberry. Persistent, structured, pleasant and well-balanced palate.
