Notes
It can be eaten on its own, on ice cubes and with a square of dark chocolate. In the kitchen, it will add a touch of freshness and elegance to a poultry sauce.

Food pairing
For a cocktail, pour 2 cl of Trénel Crème de Griotte de Bourgogne into a shaker with 4 cl of whisky, 4 cl of cranberry juice and 1 cl of lime juice. Mix and serve on the rocks.

Trénel Crème de Griotte de Bourgogne has a brilliant, translucent, amber red colour. On the nose, it develops a bouquet of aromas, combining Morello cherry, cherry stone, amaretto and smoky notes. Its mouth is unctuous, elegant and complex. It keeps a nice freshness. Well-balanced, it stands on its own.
