The Sun in a glass: a radiant orange with golden glints.

It has an aroma of juicy, ripe apricots, rounded off with the delicate spiciness of medieval herb seeds.

Brewery's info

The Insel-Brauerei has been brewing rare beers since 2015 – little known, forgotten, or self-created beer styles using open fermentation and bottle conditioning. They are brewed and bottled on the island of Rügen and traditionally bottle conditioned at 25 ° C in a ripening chamber. The natural paper wrapping ensures the long freshness.
