    La Vieille Goutte is a plum brandy from the south of France. The different distillates first mature separately in oak barrels. After a skillful assemblage, the final maturation takes place in oak barrels of 2,500 liters capacity. Assemblage and aging time are a closely guarded secret. They are responsible for the unique character of La Vieille Goutte. La Vieille Goutte is wonderfully fruity with a long-lasting finish.
