The colour is a claret yellow, with a nice foam

Orange, orange peel, lemon and hints of mango and pineapple

Its flavour is slightly tart and fairly rounded and slightly sweet but excellent as a thirst-quencher

Notes
The brewing starts from the Lambic and continues with the techniques typically used for malted wheat beers. The addition of spices such as coriander and dried orange zest, results in a light, fruity beer. It is subtly spicy and deliberately made cloudy and slightly “spicy”. It should be drank in its original stoneware pot

It's the only white lambic beer in the world.
