Huyghe Brewery (Anno 1654) is a family brewery in Melle (near Ghent), best known for its Delirium Tremens beer, sold throughout the world and recognizable by its pink elephant. In addition to the delirium beers, the "Huyghe Brewery" also brews the Averbode abbey beer. We also brew Floris fruit beers and fair trade Mongozo beers based on our wheat beer.
