Primus. The toughest of beers. Every sip releases its characteristic bitter taste in your mouth. It lives its own life, the way it wants to. Primus stays true to itself and believes in its own strength.

Primus’ colour is clear; light pale with a fine head. Its bouquet is filled with delicate hoppy aromas.

Primus is initially slightly sweet in flavour with a touch of bitterness. Then its dry and thirst-quenching aftertaste kicks in. A well-balanced taste.

Notes
Primus pilsner owes its name to Jan Primus, the Duke of Brabant. He was one of the most powerful feudal lords of all times who showed his appreciation for beer by granting special privileges to brewers.
He reformed the currency system thus giving new boost to trade. Thanks to its victory during the famous Battle of Worringen in 1288 he conquered Limbourg and Brabant.
