  • Jet black beer with a finger-thick beige head. Swirling the beer creates a dense and long-lasting lace pattern on the glass walls.
  • The aroma is noticeable as soon as you open the bottle. The rich, sweetish scent reveals malty sweetness, nutty notes, slight roastiness, and the intense aroma of maple syrup.
  • The first taste is bittersweet roasted maple syrup, mixed with malty roasted sweetness. In the mid-palate, the syrupy sweetness becomes more prominent, with a hint of tannins, and the aftertaste has a touch of saltiness.
