    It is made with the same plants as the green one, but in different proportions ; it is lower in alcohol and tastes sweeter, with floral, honey and spice (saffron) flavours. It can of course be drunk as a digestif, but it can be a wonderful match for citrus desserts. It is the ideal cuvée for an initiation to Chartreuse and probably also the easiest to degust.
