  • Description

    Maceration for 48 hours of juniper berries, coriander seeds, oyster shells and plankton. This iodized mixture is then distilled to obtain a 72% ABV alcohol which will finally be diluted with spring water to obtain a 43% Gin. A rather floral palate which is completed by a nice long finish, slightly iodized.
