    The great structure of this wine, without heaviness, is the perfect accompaniment to red meats, game and intensely flavoured birds.

    A blend of Gamaret, Garanoir, Diolinoir and Cabernet Franc vinified separately and assembled after 12 months of meticulous elaboration. It is a wine for laying down, rich, colourful, supple, with notes of ripe fruit (black cherries) and roasted coffee. Fine tannins that do not stick in the mouth.
