    After destemming, the crushed berries are fermented for two weeks. The wine is aged partly in tonneaus (650 liters capacity) and partly in larger oak barrels. During the year-long aging, a process takes place that integrates and rounds out the structuring tannins into the lush body without obscuring the fresh grape aromas with wood notes. Terenzi's Riserva meets all the expectations that can be placed on a selection. It is decidedly pleasing - a real discovery!i
