The date of the harvest is decided every day and on each plot. The tasting of the grapes is done every day, weekends included, to harvest each vine at full maturity and without excess.

Description
It is a prestigious cuvée with Grenache from a vine planted in 1905 by my great-grandfather, on the famous Crau plateau. The yield is low (about 20 HL/HA). The wine is very structured, deep and dense. The flesh and aromas are very present too.
