    Salmon colour with bright red highlights. Stronger colour. Fine, delicate but dynamic effervescence. Summery bouquet, of beautiful intensity and aromatic freshness, mixing ripe and juicy yellow fruit (vine peach), slightly acidic red fruit (redcurrant) and citrus fruit (blood orange). On aeration, one can then detect more jammy notes of red Roussillon apricot. The palate has a caressing, juicy and concentrated attack, but is immediately followed by a saline and chalky freshness that makes the matter very voluptuous and delicate. We find ripe and crunchy fruits (vine peach, nectarine) and citrus fruits (lemon) which give a zesty, even slightly bitter look. The soft and delicate effervescence is perfectly blended into a velvety texture. The finish is salivating, almost salty, with a hint of tannins and bitters, that incredible dryness of limestone that gives an impression of infinite length.
