    Terroir : Village of Naujan et Postiac Clay, Limestone Grape varieties Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, and Muscadelle Vintage and vinification A "hot" vintage for which we had to eep a sharp aye on the acidity & alcohol levels! Grape picking at night. Exclusive use of the finest juice/ no press to avoid any heavy components, temperature controlled fermentation in stainless-steel vats, ageing on fine lees until bottling Tasting Pale and bright yellow, intense nose of passion fruit, mango with hints of grapefruit. The mouth is fresh, pure and chiseled combining the round Sémillon alegance with a long but straight and digestive slightly salty finish.
