    Dark&Stormy 4 cl. Jacoulot Brown Rum 1/2 Lemon 2 cl. Lime 1 cl. Cane Sugar Syrup 10 cl. Ginger Beer Cut the lemon half into quarters and place the quarters in the glass. Crush the lemon wedges with a pestle. Put ice cubes and the other ingredients in the glass and stir with a spoon.

    This amber rum, previously aged 3 years on the island of Reunion, is matured in Fine de Bourgogne barrels for a minimum of 12 months in order to bring flavour and aromatic complexity.
