Vatting for 20 days at 28° with gentle tannic extraction : punching of the cap and pumping over. Maturing : In stainless steel and concrete tanks for 12 months Color : brilliant ruby red with purple hints. Aromas : expressive aromas of fresh fruits and blackcurrant bud. The palate : red fruits (raspberry, blackcurrant), silky tannins and a fresh finish, typical of northern Syrah
