    After careful selecting of the grapes and fermentation in steel vats, Attente is refined by the special “sur lies” method both in steel vats and wooden casks. This is how the nose and palate sensations of this Valle d'Aosta Chambave Muscat are formed. On smelling, the still distinct and precise aromatic structure blends with polished mineral notes and citrusy sensations, especially of pink grapefruit. The taste sensations are broad, complex, elegantly tangy, finishing with hints of citrus and acacia flowers.
