Tasting : The nature was very good with us for this vintage. 2017 is the second year 100% biodynamic practicing. The spring was quite dry, in June the weather was very fine during the blossoming. There were a lot of grapes so we had to make green harvest to maintain the quality. During the harvest season, the weather was also nice and we were so happy to fill up the tanks with high quality grapes.
