Berryland Elderflower Sparkling Mead *
Elderflower pet-nat mead made from multiflora honey and fresh elder flowers. Flowers are harvested in the early morning during the short blooming season. Then the fresh flowers are manually separated from the green sticks and macerated in a local honey wort. The mead is bottle fermented and don't have added sulfites. The drink is pasteurized in a bottle. Light and sparkling mead will bring you good mood and memories of the beginning of summer.
