    Sociando-Mallet 2017 is very dark with purple hues. Very powerful aromas of black fruits, essentially dominated by balsamic and wild blackberry scents, the nose displays a lot of aromatic brilliance without restraint. Everything is delivered in a freshness on pure and intense aromas. The palate is powerful on the mid-palate - with present but very civilised tannins - full-bodied mid-palate with weight that ends on a more caressing tannic framework. The combined power and finesse of this Haut-Médoc is impressive in its control and precision. A great Sociando-Mallet.
