Creamy clear head, dark ale, thin but generous bubbles.

Roasty and spicy nose. The slovenian hops used in that winter beer, give the typical signature of the Lupulus beers.

Beautiful equilibrium with the round body, the roasted, the bitterness.

Brewery's info

The brewery was established in the bowels of a great 18th century farmstead, and is part of the Belgian Ardenne's inheritance, located in a jewelry box full of greens, next to a brook with pure and fresh water.

Lupulus Hibernatus is a dark ale with 9% alcohol proof, finishing on some coffee tastes.
