10 HL swiss microbrewery based in Sierre, Valais. The brewery is fully running on solar energy.

Barley Wine brewed in collaboration with De Struise. Matured for 28 months in Provins wine barrels in the Grande Dixence dam, then 14 months in other barrels at the brewery.
