Brewery's info

Brasserie Pietra opened its doors in 1996 in Corsica under the instigation of Dominique and Armelle Sialelli. In love with their island, in love with beer, they regretted that no Corsican beer existed, so they decided to invent one.

Aged for 6 months in P&M Red Oak whisky barrels. Clear acidity which places it in the Sour category. Woody nose with exotic fruits and acidulous notes on a pleasant alcoholic sensation.
