Started in 1997 by three graduates fresh out of university, Ninkasi was born of a simple idea : bringing the concept of a micro - brewery to Lyon.

One of Ninkasi's most emblematic recipes : a style taken straight from the USA...

This beer is steeped in a yeasty flavour. Its sweetness comes from the use of wheat.
