Notes
Stored in oak barrels, the Lambic Cantillon Brewery are called "young" after one year of age and reach maturity after three years. Young beers contain natural sugars necessary for the second fermentation in the bottle. Three beers they offer on their bouquet and finesse.

This is the result of a complex mixture of these lambics of different ages and tastes.
